The CompTIA A+ 220-1202 (Core 2) course focuses on operating systems, security, and operational procedures essential for today’s IT support professionals. Students gain hands-on knowledge of installing, configuring, managing, and troubleshooting Windows and non-Windows operating systems, while also learning how to secure devices, data, and networks. This course prepares learners for the Core 2 portion of the CompTIA A+ certification and builds the skills needed for entry-level IT support and service desk roles.
